Where did these commissions come from?

 

 So I was working this program, and I thought that I had committed to it. I followed what they told me to do, and I spent a lot of time posting all over Facebook.

When I wasn't rich after a few months I thought that it was a bunch of crap and I stopped working the system.

I talked badly about the system and I talked others into not joining it.  I told them, you have to have money put aside for advertising, and you need to be promoted by the big guys to be able to go anywhere with it.

I Was Getting Commission Elsewhere

So I joined with some other programs, iLA and Prosper With Integrity, that I really enjoy.

They have great compensation plans, and the companies are built on great concepts.  These made me happy and I am making steady money. I also met some wonderful people and started to build a team.

Still feeling a bit of a void though.  The girl that I had originally kind of partnered up with was some one that I had become friends with.  We knew that we could always go to each other with questions and checking each others blogs and things.  With me not being in that program anymore it just seemed like we just couldn't connect in the same way anymore.

Surprise Commission

The above mentioned friend messaged me telling me that she really wished that I wouldn't have left the program. She wishes that I would have stayed in, she enjoyed "working" with me, and knew that I would grow my business big.

I told her that I had been contemplating rejoining the program, just because at the time I was in I was enjoying it and I did really like it and all the people that I had met. Also, seeing others succeed at it was making me feel like a failure, because I knew that I could do it too.

 She told me to log into the account that I had, there was something there.

Sure enough, in the 3 months that I had stopped promoting the system, I had over $1,300 in commission sitting there, just waiting for me to withdrawal them.

I was doing the right thing to get Commission 

Like I said before I was doing what they told me to do, I was following the training that had been laid out. I didn't bother to completely commit my mind and soul to making it work.

My mind set was not a successful mindset. My mind set had me being too impatient and thinking that if I was rich right away then there must be something wrong with this program.

It wasn't the program, I just wasn't committed.  Was Wal Mart, or Target, or Blue Cross Blue Shield built in one day, or even a couple of months? Well heck no.

My mind was negative, and I was saying and thinking too many negative things.

I was obviously doing the right things, otherwise I wouldn't of had commissions magically showing up, when I wasn't even working the program.  I just wasn't giving it all the time to manifest and create that long term success that I was longing for.

We live in a Cause And Effect World

 

I have been reading Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, and learning more and more from it about how rich people and poor people think so differently and that is why each are in the situation they are in.

I want to share with you some that I read today. I thought it was just great

You need to understand that we do not live on one place of existence. We all like in at least 4 realms at once.  Our 4 quadrants are the mental world, emotional world, spiritual world, and physical world.

What you need to realize about this is that they physical realm is just a "printout" of the other three.
What are the other three, they are what is inside of us, they are who we are.  And that is what produces our outer shell.
For example.
Let's say you have typed a letter on your computer. You click that print out and there it is, a hard copy in your hands. As you are reading through it though you notice a typo. So you pick up an eraser and rub away the typo and click print again. Then there again the typo is on your printer out hard copy. You wonder what in the world could be going on. So you grab a bigger eraser and you rub harder. You even study a three hundred page manual titled Effected Erasing. Yet, when you hit that print button your printout still has that same typo.

Cause and Effect Is Just Nature

What is going on here is that the real problem cannot be changed in the printout (physical world); it can only be changed in the program (mental, emotional, and spiritual worlds).
Money is a result, wealth is a result, health is a result, illness is a result. We live in a world of cause and effect.

Cause and Effect: Your Inner and Outer World

Have you ever heard any one speak about the lack of money being a problem?
Now here this, a lack of money is never, ever, ever a problem. A lack of money is merely a symptom of what is going on underneath.
Lack of money is the effect, but what is the root cause?
It boils down to this. The only way to change your outer world is to FIRST change your inner world.
Whatever results you're getting, be they rich or poor, good or bad, negative or positive, always remember that your outer world is simply a reflection of your inner world.
If things aren't going well in your outer life, it's because things aren't going that well in your inner life.

How To Let Go

Who Must You Forgive To Become Successful

There are four people you need to forgive if you are serious about changing your life and learning how to live in the now.

 First, forgive your parents: living or dead.
You must forgive them for absolutely every "mistake" they every made in raising you.
At the very least you should be grateful to them for giving you life.
If you are happy to be alive then you can forgive them for everything else.
Then let go of it and never complain about them again.

 

Who To Forgive: People from past marriages or relationships

These relationships can be so intense and so threatening to your feelings of self worth that you can be angry and unforgiving to those people for years.
Every relationship is a two way street so you do have to understand that you were at least partially responsible for how the relationship turned out.
Have the confidence to take on your personal responsibility and admit that responsibility, then forgive the other person and let him/her go.
You need to actually say it out loud "I forgive _____  for what he/she did and I will him/her well."
Each time you say this the negative emotion connected with that memory will diminish and soon be gone forever.

Who To Forgive: Everyone who has ever hurt you

Completely let them go, out of your life.
Forgive every boss, business partner, friend, family member, crook, or betrayer that has every caused you any type of grief.
Completely wipe the slate clean and remove it.  Forgive in order to forget.
Say out loud “I forgive him/her for everything, and I wish him/her well.”
Repeat this statement each time you think of the person or situation until the negative feelings are gone.  

Who To Forgive: Yourself 

You absolutely must forgive yourself for every silly, senseless, wicked, brainless, thoughtless or cruel thing you have ever done or said.
Stop carrying these past mistakes around with you, that was then and this is now.  The past must be only a point of reference, not a point of preference.
When you did those things in the past that you still feel badly about, you were not the person you are today.
At that time, you were a different person, younger and less experienced. Stop beating yourself up for something that occurred in the past that you cannot change.
Just say, “I forgive myself for every mistake I ever made.  I am a thoroughly good person and I am going to have a wonderful future.”
Whenever you think of that event or situation, just repeat, “I forgive myself completely.”
And then get on with your life.
Focus on the future rather than the past and don’t look back. Look at where you are going rather than where you have been.

   

Your goal is to free yourself, to regain your peace of mind, and to get on with the wonderful life that lies ahead of you.
